More...Signs of Spring!

 The Forsythia are blooming.  The Seagulls are collecting on rooftops in the mills.  The Alewives are swimming up the fish ladder.  Tonight we went for a picnic at the Fort near Popham beach.   I took tons of pictures with my point and shoot because I didn't want to bring my Canon to the beach....Big mistake!  There were Seals, about 6 or 8 of them.  They were so cool, bobbing and playing in the water.  I got some pictures, they looked tiny in all of them, but hey I had them right.  Except, there was an error when I tried to transfer them to my computer and they are gone.  All gone.  So I leave you with a picture of Pork chillin' in the back yard. 

I Scream, You Scream

With the warm weather comes the Ice Cream for treats.  Pistachio has been a popular choice in our house because it is green.  As you can see, with ice cream comes very silly children.  Happy May!

Greening Up

Things are starting to warm up around here.  Sprouts are sprouting in the the greenhouse, indoor plants are happily hanging outside, and the fun of the water guns have begun.  Fynn has been running around spraying "ghosts" while Liam finds mommy's spray bottle a little easier for his little fingers.  Hey, it's not TV and it keeps them busy while I make dinner...I'm all for it.  They also water the plants for me while they are running around burning some of the crazy energy. 

At the Playground

It was such a beautiful day today!  We decided to go the the playground today after swimming lessons.  Liam played in the sandbox.  Fynn had a blast climbing all over the play structures with Woody and a whole slew of kids he made friends with.  And Patrick and Fynn made some shadow puppets for Woody for hang out with.
